Is the till NF525 certified?
No — and we do not claim it is. Paddok Garage offers a secure cash journal. NF525 certification is not obtained yet; we will announce it when it is.
What about e-invoicing 2026 / 2027?
B2B e-invoicing is planned (Coming soon). Workshop PDF invoices and logbook updates are already in the flow.
Is WhatsApp included?
Notifications go through the Paddok app first. WhatsApp can relay depending on your setup and plan.
Can I import existing customers?
Yes: CSV import (E.164 phones, plates) and link to Paddok accounts when riders have one.
Is there a commitment?
30-day trial. Then monthly or yearly (2 months free). Cancel per your plan terms.
What if my customer has no Paddok app?
They can book and get quotes/tracking via signed public links. With the app, it’s smoother (logbook, notifications).
